• All guests must be 18+ with valid proof of age to attend.
• Wristbands must be worn at all times; void if tampered with or removed.
• Event is rain or shine.
• All sales are final.
• All guests who wish to take a shuttle bus to the after party must be wearing the correct wristband.
• No disorderly conduct will be tolerated; unruly guests are subject to ejection.
• As always, please drink responsibly; the club capri bar is managed by Liquid Infusion, who hold the liquor license.

By entering The Polo Villa (the “Marquee”), you assume all risk and danger incidental to the game of polo and release club capri, its affiliates, contractors and employees, the Event’s sponsors, host organizations, participating players, event production companies and all agents from any and all liabilities resulting from such entry. You acknowledge that polo is an aggressive, physical sport which by its nature involves a high risk of injury, not only to players and the animals, but also to bystanders and their personal property. In attending the Event, you agree to accept full responsibility for your own safety. By entering this Event, you acknowledge that photos and/or videos may be taken of you and used by Club Capri and its affiliates. You hereby waive any claims against Club Capri and its affiliates in connection with the use in any and all media of such photos and videos taken at this Event.
